Mr. Garden is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, U. S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and has appeared pro hac vice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, U.S. District Court for Nevada and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
Mr. Garden is also a member of the District of Columbia Bar as well as the Virginia Bar.
